📋 Description

• Monitor daily interview schedules and help candidates and interviewers join on time • Make reminder calls and follow up on delays, no-shows, and scheduling concerns • Coordinate interview rescheduling, cancellations, and last-minute changes • Maintain accurate records of interview attendance, status updates, and follow-ups • Work closely with internal teams to identify and resolve coordination issues quickly • Help improve operational processes and contribute ideas for a smoother interview experience • Take ownership of time-sensitive tasks and ensure important details are handled promptly

🎯 Requirements

• A final-year student or recent graduate from any discipline • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Confidence communicating with candidates, clients, interviewers, and internal stakeholders by phone and message • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple schedules and priorities simultaneously • Basic proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office • A proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and readiness to take ownership • Comfort working independently while collaborating with a remote team
