📋 Description

• Conduct intro and evaluation calls with candidates to assess technical and non-technical fit against client requirements • Research client roles to lead candidate discussions and answer questions authoritatively • Collect comprehensive candidate insights against structured rubric points • Manage candidate communication, feedback loops, status updates, and handoffs to Account Managers • Use Airtable, Slack, and CRM tools for reporting and operational quality • Shadow screening calls, learn internal documentation tools, and ramp from 15–20 to 25–40 screening calls per day • Run independent candidate screens aligned with client interview standards • Take ownership of candidate feedback and generate key reports • Master end-to-end talent operations

🎯 Requirements

• 0–1 years of experience; early-career professional or fresh graduate • Fluent written and spoken English • Confidence leading candidate calls professionally • Ability to quickly understand technical and non-technical job descriptions • Strong research and information-synthesis ability • Coachable, action-oriented, and able to adapt to fast-changing environments • Ability to meet daily operational goals • Experience with Airtable or Slack is a bonus • Interest in startup hiring is a bonus
