📋 Description

• Proactively scout top-tier creative professionals across graphic design, motion, UX/UI, copywriting, video production, and other disciplines • Build and maintain a talent pipeline across LinkedIn, Behance, Dribbble, Instagram, and other platforms • Develop creative search strategies to identify passive talent • Maintain a diverse pool of freelancers and full-timers for creative hiring needs • Review portfolios and conduct preliminary screening for creative quality, culture fit, and role alignment • Deliver a consistent candidate experience from outreach through handoff • Own and update the talent database • Track sourcing activity, pipeline health, and candidate status across open roles • Report on sourcing metrics and refine sourcing approaches based on results

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1+ years of experience stated in the posting • 6 months of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, ideally within creative, design, or marketing fields • Sharp eye for creative quality • Experience sourcing for both full-time and freelance/contract roles • Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms used in the creative industry • Strong written communication skills for compelling outreach • Organized and data-driven • Comfortable managing multiple open pipelines simultaneously • Talent sourcing, recruitment, and creative industry sourcing skills
