📋 Description

• Respond to customer enquiries promptly, courteously, and professionally using Live Chat and Email in accordance with company policies and guidelines • Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer enquiries • Report customer trends and frontline issues to management • Escalate enquiries to back-office teams when required • Contribute improvement suggestions to train the AI model • Use the company's Translator tool to respond to customers

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in English; other languages are a plus • Experience in Crypto is a plus but not mandatory • Customer Service Experience • Great communicator in English • Experience responding to Customers using Chat and Emails • Strong attention to Detail • High levels of emotional intelligence and empathy for customers • Ability to use the company's Translator tool to respond to Customers • Weekend work required • Contractor status
