📋 Description

• Partner with content creators and influencers and support them in running their businesses • Work with top global creators and influencers daily • Manage a portfolio of creators and gain experience across industries and niches • Develop proficiency in Google, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok advertising • Interact daily with the founders and receive mentoring • Operate in an early-stage, meritocratic, results-driven tech startup environment • Navigate shifting projects, priorities, new tasks and new projects

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in English and German • Basic understanding of the digital marketing landscape • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for creators' and influencers' needs • Flexible working hours in case of urgency or business need • Positive, proactive approach and problem-solving attitude • Entrepreneurial attitude and ability to grow creators' independent businesses • Strong willingness to learn • Understanding of Google, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok ads preferred • Experience working with influencers or creators on social media preferred • Experience in client-facing roles preferred
