📋 Description

• Partner with content creators and influencers and support them in running their businesses • Work with top global creators and influencers, interacting with them daily • Manage a portfolio of creators while gaining experience in respective industries/niches • Provide comprehensive solutions for creators' and influencers' needs • Navigate new tasks and projects in a rapidly changing scale-up environment • Contribute to creating the company's culture

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in English and German • Basic understanding of the Digital Marketing landscape • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for various creators' and influencers' needs • Flexible working hours • Positive, proactive approach and problem-solving attitude • Entrepreneurial attitude: every creator represents an independent business, and the Account Manager needs to grow • Strong willingness to learn • A good understanding of Google, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok ads would be a strong plus • Experience working with influencers or creators on primary social media (e.g. Instagram and TikTok) would be a strong plus • Experience in client-facing roles would be a plus
