📋 Description

• Partner with content creators and influencers and support them in running their businesses • Work with top global creators and influencers, interacting with them daily • Manage a portfolio of creators while gaining experience in respective industries/niches • Develop proficiency in Google, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok ads • Interact daily with the Founders and receive mentoring from them • Navigate shifting projects and priorities in an early-stage tech startup environment • Enhance written and oral communication, stakeholder management, presentation and strategic abilities

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in English • Basic understanding of the Digital Marketing landscape • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for various creators' and influencers' needs • Flexible working hours are required in case of urgency or business need • Positive, proactive approach and problem-solving attitude • Entrepreneurial attitude: every creator represents an independent business, and the Account Manager needs to grow • Strong willingness to learn • A good understanding of Google, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok ads would be a strong plus • Experience in working with influencers or creators on primary social media (e.g. Instagram and TikTok) would be a strong plus • Experience in Client-facing roles would be a plus
