• Do you want to strategically develop the premium retail channel of a globally leading beauty company and bring strong brands to life? • In this key role, you are responsible for advancing our premium retail business in the DACH region as well as the OPI Professional business in Switzerland. • Develop and implement the premium retail strategy for the DACH region • Responsible for sales, profitability and customer P&L in the premium retail channel • Strategically manage and expand our most important premium retail partners, particularly Douglas and other leading retailers in Germany and Switzerland • Lead complex annual negotiations and develop joint business plans with our customers • Develop innovative retail concepts that bring our brands to life at point of sale and online • Work closely with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Retail Excellence and other internal stakeholders • Lead and develop the team in Switzerland and cooperate closely with the sales teams across the DACH region
• University degree in Business, Marketing or a comparable field • Several years of experience in Key Account Management, Channel Management or Sales within an international FMCG company • Ideally experience in the premium beauty, selective retail or luxury environment – either on the retailer or manufacturer side • Proven experience in developing and implementing growth strategies for premium retail customers • Leadership experience and enthusiasm for developing teams and collaborating successfully across country borders • Strong analytical skills and experience managing sales, margins and customer investments • Fluent German and English; French is a plus • Willingness to travel within the DACH region (approx. 30%)
