📋 Description

• Lead delivery of an optimized, high-conversion self-service product for onboarding new B2B partners • Architect and oversee experimentation infrastructure using Growthbook for parallel A/B tests across frontend and backend systems • Manage and architect frontend applications using TanStack, React, and TypeScript • Manage and architect backend services using Kotlin and AWS • Connect frontend and backend systems with Salesforce CRM/ERP data workflows • Establish modern software development lifecycle standards • Drive adoption of AI-assisted development tools for coding, automated reviews, and testing • Foster a high-performance culture across a hybrid squad of 6 engineers, including 4 frontend and 2 backend engineers • Reduce onboarding friction and time-to-market for new partners globally • Review pull requests and guide scalable system design

🎯 Requirements

• Professional working proficiency in English • Demonstrable experience directly managing and leading cross-functional software engineering teams in high-growth, product-driven environments • Extensive hands-on experience and deep architectural understanding of modern full-stack ecosystems • Kotlin or Java, AWS, React, and TypeScript experience • Ability to code, review pull requests, and guide system design • Active integration of AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT into coding, review, and documentation workflows • Experience with A/B testing methodologies and experimentation or feature-flagging tools such as Growthbook, LaunchDarkly, or Optimizely • Experience building systems for rapid telemetry and tracking • Experience with microservices and micro-frontend architectures at scale • Experience managing or leading cross-functional engineering teams in high-growth environments • Proficiency in React and TypeScript • Ability to communicate complex technical trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Strong asynchronous communication skills
