📋 Description

• Lead and develop two engineering teams, working closely with Product, Design, and Data • Ensure the teams deliver with quality and speed while staying aligned with business objectives • Foster a high-performance environment focused on ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement • Support and track team members’ growth through frequent feedback and development plans • Ensure alignment and effective communication across different squads and stakeholders • Monitor and improve engineering metrics, including quality, performance, and productivity • Contribute to the tribe’s strategic decisions by connecting technology with business impact

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • Background in software development • Experience managing people and leading engineering teams • Experience with distributed, large-scale, and highly available systems • Knowledge of systems architecture and engineering best practices • Experience working in cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, and Data • Strong communication and influencing skills across all levels of the organization • Ability to make data-driven decisions focused on business impact
