📋 Description

• Lead delivery of a highly optimized, high-conversion self-service product for global B2B partner onboarding • Architect and oversee experimentation infrastructure using Growthbook • Enable complex, parallel A/B tests across frontend and backend ecosystems • Manage and architect frontend applications using Tanstack, React, and TypeScript • Manage and architect backend services using Kotlin and AWS • Connect frontend and backend systems with Salesforce CRM/ERP data workflows • Establish modern SDLC standards • Drive adoption of AI-assisted development tools for coding, reviews, and testing • Foster a high-performance culture across a hybrid squad of 6 engineers: 4 Frontend and 2 Backend • Code, review pull requests, and guide system design

🎯 Requirements

• Professional working proficiency in English • Demonstrable experience directly managing and leading cross-functional software engineering teams in high-growth, product-driven environments • Extensive hands-on experience and deep architectural understanding of modern full-stack ecosystems • Kotlin or Java, AWS, React, and TypeScript • Ability to code, review pull requests, and guide system design • Deep practical experience with A/B testing methodologies and experimentation feature-flagging tools, ideally Growthbook, LaunchDarkly, Optimizely, or similar • Understanding of rapid telemetry and tracking systems • Experience with React and TypeScript • Extensive experience with microservices and micro-frontend architectures at scale • Active use and promotion of AI-assisted development tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, or GitHub Copilot • Ability to articulate complex technical trade-offs to engineers and non-technical stakeholders • Prior experience in people management is mandatory • Deep architectural understanding of modern full-stack ecosystems is mandatory
