📋 Description

• Build and maintain the marketing data layer • Develop pipelines transforming raw marketing sources into dimensional models following Medallion architecture • Deliver clean, report-ready tables for downstream analytics • Maintain and extend BI data models enriched with metadata, business context, and structured definitions for AI agents and natural language analytics interfaces • Build reusable AI skills, tools, and workflows with guidance from senior engineers • Establish AI quality assurance through structured testing of AI agent output, regression identification, and quality maintenance • Support statistical and predictive models for marketing funnel metrics • Maintain and operate attribution models measuring channel and campaign contribution • Ensure data reliability, governance, documentation, monitoring, validation, responsible AI standards, and GitHub version control • Collaborate with Martech, Global Analytics, Product Development, and Sales Operations • Promote employee wellbeing and a supportive work environment

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, business intelligence, or a closely adjacent technical role • In-depth knowledge of Python and SQL; prior experience in both is mandatory • Ability to write clean, production-grade data pipelines • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts, ETL/ELT workflows, orchestration tools such as dbt or Airflow, and dimensional modeling • Hands-on experience with semantic layer tools; Looker/LookML strongly preferred, with Tableau, PowerBI, or similar welcome • Hands-on experience with applied AI, including LLMs and agentic workflows, mandatory for this role • Fluent in English • AI agent context design and marketing analytics domain knowledge are nice-to-have • Experience with marketing funnels, attribution, CRM, or growth is nice-to-have
