📋 Description

• Own onboarding and activation across YogaGo, Muscle Booster, and WalkFit • Define reusable shared capabilities including welcome experience, content discovery, and personalization • Design and run activation and reactivation experiments • Reimagine content discovery through modular, quick-access experiences • Manage and mentor a small product team • Partner with marketing and engineering leadership to deliver product initiatives • Build working prototypes, including AI-assisted prototypes, before handing concepts to engineering • Report to the CPO • Lead product development for shared capabilities powering Welltech's wellness apps • Drive major product innovation and high-velocity incremental feature development

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record building and scaling direct-to-consumer, mobile-first products, ideally with a focus on retention • Experience working alongside performance marketing • Track record of shipping features that measurably improved activation, engagement, or retention • People leadership experience managing product managers • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills • Comfortable using AI tools to turn rough ideas into tangible prototypes • Background in scale-up or startup environments • Must indicate location • Must indicate whether visa sponsorship is required
