📋 Description

• Assess the scope of each project and complete project quotes • Prepare quotes and calculate turnaround times for clients • Follow up on quotes to achieve the target acceptance rate • Monitor client satisfaction and changes in service usage • Provide feedback on client satisfaction and service completion • Detect new sales opportunities, bring add-on business, and retain existing accounts • Discuss and plan sales strategies for existing clients with Business Developers • Advise clients on managing projects, including product specifications and expenses • Reduce administrative tasks by implementing sales actions to improve workflows and increase margins • Meet KPIs for amount quoted, amount accepted, and price per project • Communicate project information clearly, concisely, and professionally • Convey client requests effectively to Project Managers • Register correct client and Welocalize legal entities, purchase orders, and billing schedules in the system • Support project completion through language tools and pilot processes

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in English • Excellent oral and written communication • Comfortable speaking to clients at all levels via phone or video call • Total command of Microsoft Office • Middle or higher-level vocational training in administration or university degree • 2–4 years of experience in customer-facing activities related to localization, translation, or project management • Knowledge of other languages is desirable • Knowledge of XTM and/or Phrase, and FineReader is desirable
