📋 Description
• Review English source documents alongside two machine-generated Bengali translations • Evaluate both variants based on accuracy, fluency, and overall translation quality • Select the preferred translation and provide a clear written justification • Complete assigned samples independently within established timelines • Adhere strictly to project and client guidelines • Perform A/B preference testing to evaluate and improve AI-generated content • Work as one of three independent validators in a blind review process
🎯 Requirements
• Native-level fluency in Bengali, written and spoken • Strong written communication skills in Bengali • Proficiency in English • Ability to work independently with high attention to detail and consistency • Background in linguistics, translation, or language quality assessment preferred • Familiarity with Romanized script conventions for Bengali is a plus • Availability for a 2-week commitment
