📋 Description

• Review English source documents alongside two machine-generated Punjabi translations • Evaluate both variants based on accuracy, fluency, and overall translation quality • Select the preferred translation and provide a clear written justification • Complete assigned samples independently within established timelines • Adhere strictly to project and client guidelines • Support a synthetic data generation program for a leading technology client • Perform A/B preference testing to evaluate and improve AI-generated content • Independently review source documents and translation variants in a blind validation process

🎯 Requirements

• Native-level fluency in Punjabi, written and spoken • Strong written communication skills in Punjabi • Proficiency in English • Background in linguistics, translation, or language quality assessment preferred • Ability to work independently with high attention to detail and consistency • Familiarity with Romanized script conventions for Punjabi is a plus • Experienced linguist preferred by the role description
