📋 Description

• Review English source documents alongside two machine-generated Telugu translations • Evaluate both variants based on accuracy, fluency, and overall translation quality • Select the preferred translation and provide a clear written justification • Complete assigned samples independently within established timelines • Adhere strictly to project and client guidelines • Perform A/B preference testing to evaluate and improve AI-generated content • Review samples in a blind process alongside three independent validators

🎯 Requirements

• Native-level fluency in Telugu (written and spoken) • Strong written communication skills in Telugu • Proficiency in English • Background in linguistics, translation, or language quality assessment preferred • Ability to work independently with high attention to detail and consistency • Familiarity with Romanized script conventions for Telugu is a plus
