📋 Description

• Manage directly assigned accounts, including project planning, execution, tracking, delivery and closure using Welocalize standard processes and tools • Support the Operations Squad Lead in large enterprise accounts • Own project-level customer relationships and collaborate with account directors and production teams to optimize delivery, client satisfaction, quality and profitability • Supervise and lead global internal and external teams, including direct and indirect reports • Prepare, analyze and implement project plans according to Welocalize standards • Create project schedules, estimates and proposals for customer approval • Assess risks and strategically plan activities to minimize potential issues • Operate with medium support and recognize and escalate issues in a timely manner • Establish relationships with internal and external stakeholders, colleagues, vendors and other departments • Build and maintain customer relationships at project and program level • Collaborate with production teams on continuous improvement, profitability and efficiency/automation • Communicate effectively and timely with clients, production business units and other stakeholders • Maintain accurate finance systems data and manage invoice approvals • Report on weekly project status, budget to actuals, time management and client/vendor issues • Maintain project profit through margin management • Plan, prepare and run quarterly business reviews with clients face-to-face • Develop and prepare process documents as required • Manage QA projects, including resource management, defect management and reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s Degree OR Bachelor’s Degree and experience in the industry in lieu of Master’s Degree acceptable • Proven track record of Project Management • Experience working internationally or directly with international product development • Experience in technology related company • Proven experience dealing with large clients, accounts, and projects • Track record of success at managing complex eLearning and Multimedia projects is a plus • Experience in authoring client documents such as SOW’s, proposals, processes and ‘post mortems’ • Proven track record of active participation in development of processes and ideas • Proven track record of active participation in new client sales cycles, incl. presentations, analysis, recommendations and relationship development • Experience in managing financial budgets, budget reconciliation and budget reporting • Experience with Translation Management Systems, i.e. XTM and Smartling • Experience with AI tools (GPT, Claude, etc.) and with optimizing processes and workflows with AI • Energy and a positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills • Ability to lead large, diverse, virtual teams • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills • Effective presentation skills • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a time-sensitive and deadline-driven work environment • Must be available to travel for work-related commitments
