📋 Description

• Monitorare pipeline, applicazioni e stato di salute del cluster tramite Cloudera Manager, dashboard e metriche • Fare troubleshooting di errori e malfunzionamenti partendo dai log, in autonomia • Eseguire i deploy in produzione seguendo i manuali operativi forniti dal team di sviluppo • Seguire la manutenzione del cluster Cloudera: patch, aggiornamenti e modifiche di configurazione su procedure definite • Rilanciare applicativi e job falliti, sapendo quali dati leggono e quali producono • Interfacciarti direttamente con il cliente e, per iscritto, con il supporto del vendor • Garantire la stabilità quotidiana della piattaforma dati enterprise • Lavorare su turni e assicurare la copertura del servizio dal lunedì al sabato • Svolgere reperibilità di circa una settimana al mese • Partecipare a circa una settimana di onboarding e knowledge transfer

🎯 Requirements

• Ottima confidenza con Linux/Unix e il terminale • Uso di SSH, incluso il port forwarding • Abitudine a leggere log e a ragionare sul troubleshooting • Basi di networking • Esperienza con Spark/Hadoop o piattaforme analoghe • Italiano fluente • Inglese tecnico scritto • Esperienza su Cloudera CDH/CDP, Hortonworks, MapR, EMR o altre piattaforme Hadoop enterprise (nice to have) • Familiarità con Cloudera Manager, Oozie, Solr o HBase (nice to have) • Esperienza in ruoli di application maintenance, NOC o supporto di secondo livello (nice to have)
