📋 Description

• Monitor and control plating processes to ensure quality and yield targets • Implement process improvements and optimization initiatives • Troubleshoot process deviations and implement corrective actions, including thickness control and anodic protection • Troubleshoot line-to-line variation and implement corrective actions • Monitor plating DI water trends, LPC, and contamination issues • Plan plating chemicals and manage inventory • Manage plating pretreatment, strip line, filter changes, and descaling • Ensure compliance with contamination control procedures • Participate in FMEA activities and risk assessments • Monitor and improve plating OEE performance • Implement process optimizations to reduce speed losses and improve efficiency • Track and analyze OEE metrics to identify improvement opportunities • Support process parameter revisions to enhance OEE

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum degree in Chemical Engineering or another engineering background • Able to work in a cleanroom environment • Computer proficiency for email and Microsoft Office applications • Able to communicate in English • Knowledge of electroplating principles and chemistry • Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes • Experience with process control systems and data analysis • Familiarity with cleanroom operations and safety protocols • Knowledge of 6 Sigma, DOE, FMEA, and 8D problem-solving tools • Strong project management and communication skills • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
