• Diligently review, organize, and validate all documents pertaining to DCA requirements (e.g., contractor submissions, project exhibits, compliance attestations, supporting records). • Perform detailed completeness and accuracy checks (signatures, dates, entity names, required attachments, math/totals, and consistency across source documents). • Document findings, discrepancies, and missing items; issue clear deficiency notices and corrective action requests with required due dates and supporting detail. • Present periodic status updates to management (open items, risk areas, aging, and trends) and recommend remediation steps to maintain DCA compliance. • Enter and reconcile DCA document review outcomes in designated systems (e.g., trackers, dashboards, LPC Tracker if applicable); apply quality controls to ensure data integrity and reporting.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Construction Management, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in compliance, audit support, document control, contract administration, or similar work requiring detailed review and validation of supporting documentation. • Working knowledge of procurement and supply chain documentation (e.g., purchase orders, invoices, bills of materials, manufacturer certifications, and origin/traceability records). • Proficiency with Excel and document management tools (e.g., SharePoint/Teams/OneDrive) and comfort maintaining trackers, version control, and dashboards.
