📋 Description

• Ensure team performance. • In coordination with project managers, deliver on-site operations with the appropriate capacity levels. • Proactively propose optimization and arbitration options in case of conflicts. • Lead their team independently. • Independently monitor activity progress, with managerial approval required for financial aspects. • Report at least bi-monthly to their manager.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in engineering or related field. • 5 to 10 years of experience in service provision or engineering. • Strong knowledge of nuclear services and understanding of strategic and commercial priorities. • Understanding of business and financial processes. • Good knowledge of continuous improvement processes. • Experience in planning and project management.
