📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment execution for assigned roles • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals • Conduct initial candidate screening and shortlisting • Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout recruitment • Provide timely candidate updates and feedback • Maintain accurate candidate, interview, and recruitment activity records in the ATS or internal system • Act as the primary point of contact for career services clients • Conduct introductory meetings to understand client goals, preferences, and job targets • Build rapport and trust through regular follow-ups and proactive updates • Provide personalized job search roadmaps and strategic guidance • Support clients with application, interview, and next-step updates • Optimize CVs/resumes and LinkedIn profiles • Apply for roles on behalf of clients • Conduct mock interviews • Provide coaching and feedback to improve interview performance

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist / Talent Acquisition professional • Experience in career coaching is highly preferred • Excellent communication and client management skills • Ability to work with both candidates and clients in a consultative manner • Organized, proactive, and results-driven
