⢠Develop and execute the offline sales and channel strategy for Germany ⢠Build and manage dealer, distributor, and reseller networks ⢠Drive B2C channel development through offline and hybrid sales models ⢠Define go-to-market strategy, pricing, and brand positioning ⢠Set sales targets, budgets, KPIs, and performance tracking systems ⢠Recruit, train, and lead a local sales team ⢠Build strong partnerships with key local stakeholders ⢠Conduct market research and competitor analysis ⢠Collect customer and channel feedback to support product optimization ⢠Coordinate closely with HQ teams (product, supply chain, logistics, marketing)
⢠8+ years of experience in offline sales and channel development ⢠Strong background in tools, 3C electronics, mobile phones, or consumer electronics ⢠Solid B2C channel sales experience ⢠Minimum 3 years managing teams of 10+ people ⢠Proven track record of building and scaling local sales organizations ⢠Must be legally eligible to work in Germany ⢠Native Chinese speaker (mandatory) ⢠Fluent English (working level or above) ⢠Fluent German (mandatory)
