📋 Description

• Provide technical support for customers before and after sales • Conduct equipment installation, testing, demos, and troubleshooting • Deliver customer training and create German-language manuals, videos, and documentation • Collect user feedback and liaise with HQ for product improvement • Support local service center setup and handle minor equipment repairs • Assist the sales manager with customer visits and product certification tasks

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of technical support / FAE experience in surveying equipment • Strong hands-on skills and excellent communication abilities • German national, fluent in German and English • Willingness to travel regularly for field service • Valid driver’s license
