📋 Description
• Take full ownership of WiFi Tribe’s tech stack, ensuring reliability, scalability, and maintainability. • Define and oversee the architecture and workflows for our booking platform—focused on design, not coding - ensuring seamless execution by the development team. • Design, implement, and optimise integrations with third-party systems to enhance functionality. • Partner with operations, marketing, and other teams to identify areas for workflow automation and implement solutions. • Collaborate across departments to ensure technology aligns with business needs. • Plan and execute the development of a custom Property Management System (PMS) or evaluate and implement third-party solutions. • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure or application issues, keeping the team productive and systems running smoothly. • Manage technical projects from concept to completion, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery.

You analyse data and try to understand the root cause following the first-principle thinking methodology. • You’re strategic and organised and love creating systems that empower teams to do their best work. • You’re a self-starter who takes ownership of projects from start to finish and delivers results. • A collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills in a remote-first environment. • You embrace rapid iteration and short-release cycles for customer-facing and internal tools. • You are pragmatic and balance the trade-offs between building in-house tools and integrating external services. • You are passionate about the user experience and product-driven, and you understand and deliver intuitive, user-friendly designs. • Experience with payment integrations and CRM platforms to streamline workflows and optimise business processes. • Experience integrating external APIs and services: Proven ability to connect and manage third-party tools to enhance functionality and performance. • 2+ years of server administration and management: Proficient in maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimising server environments. • 2+ years of experience with database management: Strong knowledge of relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL. • Hands-on experience running custom web applications: Demonstrated ability to manage and maintain live applications, ensuring stability and performance.
