📋 Description

• Lead the technical side of the sales cycle with Sales, partners, and customers • Understand business and technical challenges and recommend appropriate Wildix solutions • Deliver tailored demonstrations and presentations to technical and business audiences • Design and support UC&C solutions, including system architecture, security, APIs, integrations, network architecture, and Contact Centre requirements • Support partners on RFPs, tenders, and Proof of Concept installations • Ensure customer requirements and trial objectives are met • Support Sales in developing opportunities, addressing technical objections, and closing deals • Maintain knowledge of Wildix and competitor solutions • Provide market feedback and input into product roadmap and direction • Support customer and partner training, onsite presentations, industry events, and other customer-facing activities • Manage multiple opportunities and priorities while meeting tight deadlines and travelling as required

🎯 Requirements

• Proven B2B pre-sales or Sales Engineering experience within UCaaS, Contact Centre, telecommunications, or a related technology environment • Strong technical understanding of UC&C and telecommunications technologies, including APIs, integrations, network architecture, and solution design • Strong technical sales and commercial skills, with the ability to translate complex technology into clear business value and influence buying decisions • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Experience supporting solution design, product demonstrations, RFPs, tenders, or POCs • Strong organisational and time-management skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Proactive, self-motivated approach and genuine interest in technology • Ability to continuously learn and adapt • Collaborative, results-driven mindset with commercial focus • Ability to travel as required
