📋 Description

• Build Wildix’s FP&A function from the ground up • Work directly with the CFO to establish financial models, forecasting and performance-management practices • Own the annual budget, rolling forecasts and long-term plan • Connect operational drivers to revenue, profitability and cash flow • Build driver-based ARR and revenue models covering new business, expansion, downsell, churn, pricing, customer and partner activity • Develop Wildix’s SaaS performance framework, including retention, unit economics, sales efficiency, Rule of 40 and R&D investment performance • Lead monthly financial performance reviews • Explain results against budget and forecast and recommend actions to address risks and opportunities • Partner with Sales, RevOps, Marketing, Product/R&D and other business leaders to improve forecasting and support ROI-based investment decisions • Evaluate pricing, hiring, market, product and growth investments through scenario analysis and business cases • Prepare management, Board and investor reporting • Reconcile KPIs to financial results with Accounting and Data/BI • Build scalable, increasingly automated FP&A processes, systems and reporting • Shape the long-term strategy, processes and future FP&A team

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance or Strategic Finance • Experience ideally within B2B SaaS, technology or another recurring-revenue business • Experience building and owning financial models, budgets, rolling forecasts and multi-year plans • Strong understanding of SaaS and subscription economics, including ARR/MRR, NRR/GRR, churn, expansion, CAC/payback, gross margin and sales efficiency • Excellent analytical and commercial judgment • Experience with financial controls, data reconciliation and KPI governance across operational, CRM, BI and accounting data • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and strong data fluency • Experience working across ERP, CRM and BI environments • SQL and experience with FP&A/planning platforms are a strong plus • Hands-on, ownership-driven mindset • Experience in an international, multi-entity and multi-currency SaaS business is a bonus • Experience in a partner- or channel-led commercial model is a bonus • Experience implementing or improving an FP&A, planning or management-reporting system is a bonus • Exposure to due diligence, fundraising or transaction-readiness activities is a bonus
