📋 Description

• Unterstützung der Kunden bei der fachlichen Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von Abrechnungsprozessen innerhalb der ERP-Lösung ENER:GY • Fokus auf komplexe Billing-Logiken, stabile Abrechnungsprozesse und Verständnis der Funktionsweise von Billing-Systemen • fachliche Beratung der Kunden zur Nutzung und Weiterentwicklung von Billing- und Abrechnungssystemen • Analyse, Konzeption und Optimierung von Abrechnungsprozessen und -logiken • Umsetzung fachlicher Anforderungen im System, z. B. durch Aufbau, Pflege und Anpassung von Abrechnungsregeln • Planung und Moderation von Workshops sowie Abstimmungen mit Kunden und internen Teams • Mitwirkung in Implementierungs- und Ablöseprojekten mit fachlicher Verantwortung

🎯 Requirements

• mindestens 2 Jahre praktische Erfahrung mit einem Billing- oder Abrechnungssystem • Verständnis, wie Billing-Systeme technisch und fachlich aufgebaut sind (Regelwerke, Zeitbezug, Mengen, Tarife, Fehlerlogik) • strukturiertes End-to-End-Denken und Fähigkeit, fachliche Anforderungen systemisch zu übersetzen • praxisnahe SQL- und Datenkenntnisse für Analysen, Prüfungen oder Migrationen • strukturiertes, eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten und sichere Kommunikation mit Kunden und internen Stakeholdern
