📋 Description

• Help build and set up Digital Twins for clients through live deployment projects • Process and validate building systems data using HVAC, BMS, electrical, and mechanical knowledge • Work with 3D building models such as Revit or Navisworks to understand layouts and support Digital Twin creation • Analyze large datasets using tools such as Excel to identify issues and ensure data accuracy • Collaborate across departments to set up and support system integrations • Use AI tools to accelerate data processing, documentation, and problem-solving • Keep the Team Leader informed daily about progress, issues, risks, and blockers • Engage with Product and Engineering teams to improve product capabilities and roadmap • Support successful deployments, coordinate cross-functional activities, manage deliverables, and manage stakeholder expectations

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in MEP/building services engineering, Building Automation Services, or project/program coordination • Experience ideally in a SaaS or technology-enabled services business • MEP engineering background in mechanical, electrical, and/or plumbing, especially control and monitoring in the built environment • Understanding of HVAC controls, Building Management Systems, lighting controls, energy metering networks, IT/OT/IoT devices and networks, access control, and security technologies • 3D modeling/BIM experience is highly regarded, with exposure to Revit, Navisworks, or Archicad • Comfortable using or learning AI tools such as Claude • Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly • Strong data analysis skills with large, disparate datasets using Excel, SQL, or similar tools • Positive, enthusiastic, flexible, energetic, and highly motivated attitude
