📋 Description
• Respond to customer inquiries from potential buyers and sellers on Flippa platform • Review existing data/documentation to answer customer questions without needing to ask Jared • Engage with sellers to gather additional information when needed • CRM data entry and cleanup • Outbound prospecting through Flippa's AI-assisted system (clicking through lists, sending pre-written emails) • Pre-qualify leads and book calls for Jared • Flag any inquiries with commercial/financial discrepancies for client's review
