📋 Description

• Develop and run digital marketing and user acquisition campaigns to drive qualified traffic to Plyt and encourage signups • Test, analyze, and optimize campaigns for acquisition results • Build audience-specific social media content strategies for job seekers and recruiters • Create, schedule, and publish engaging, promotional, and educational posts across relevant social platforms • Develop strong calls-to-action to improve signup completion • Track engagement, clicks, traffic, and signup performance • Identify effective content formats and channels and allocate resources accordingly

🎯 Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, user acquisition, or social media growth • Ability to develop an independent strategy and funnel and own the process end-to-end • Proven track record of driving mass user signups/traffic through digital campaigns • Experience creating engaging, audience-specific content and managing publishing schedules • Familiarity with AI tools for creative content generation • Basic DMA tools • USB headset with noise cancellation feature • Working webcam • Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM • Main internet service speed of at least 25 Mbps cable connection • Backup internet service speed of at least 10 Mbps
