📋 Description

• Manage the end-to-end client engagement process • Use intake forms and organization-wide ATS systems to identify candidates matching client skill requirements • Interview candidates to assess fit • Run discovery calls and qualify client needs • Present Wing Assistant’s value and bring live, vetted candidates into calls • Close deals while client interest is highest and propose next steps before calls end • Formalize deals in Discord/JRF within 30–60 minutes • Maintain an up-to-date, taggable candidate idle pool by role, industry, and availability • Produce 2–3 credible candidate matches from a loose brief with 10–30 minutes’ notice • Confirm candidate availability at T-24h and T-30min and identify backup candidates • Finalize compliance and formal matching after closing • Keep CSM/TA aligned with onboarding status in real time

🎯 Requirements

• Personally run outbound/discovery through to close, not merely hand off qualified leads • Recruiting or sourcing experience with genuine same-day turnaround • Comfortable improvising live, steering calls, and briefing candidates in 10–15 minutes • Fast and responsive; able to work at a minutes-not-hours pace • Staffing, recruiting, or B2B services sales background (nice to have) • Comfortable working async-first in Discord/Slack (nice to have) • Experience maintaining a proactive warm bench of backup candidates (nice to have) • Track record of anticipating candidate no-shows and client cold feet (nice to have)
