📋 Description

• Work directly with the CPO • Shape innovative AI products from 0→1 • Own the product roadmap and feature definition • Lead design reviews and propose UX optimizations and next-step features • Map the full product surface area from dashboard through every feature and module connection • Translate product understanding into onboarding, product marketing pages, and in-app education • Become the central product expert and own the end-to-end product experience • Turn product complexity into a clean, simple, integrated UX across modules • Identify opportunities, inconsistencies, and gaps through product deep-dives, data, and customer feedback • Cross-reference specification, staging, and production states to catch gaps and regressions • Prioritize and ship simple, high-impact improvements with minimal review • Participate in introductory, live technical-task, team, CEO, and CPO interviews as part of the hiring process

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on, meticulous Product Manager who becomes a “Central Power User” quickly • Owns UX end-to-end • Finds product gaps through product deep-dives and data • Proven experience optimizing onboardings and driving higher conversion and lower dropoffs • Strong UX/UI and interaction design judgment • Ability to map the full product surface area across modules • Extremely curious and willing to challenge decisions and propose alternatives • Obsessive attention to friction, inconsistencies, missing connections, and uncaptured opportunities • Ability to cross-reference specification, staging, and production states to identify gaps and regressions • Extremely data-driven and customer-centric; uses usage signals and customer feedback for prioritization • Action-oriented prioritization; avoids overbuilding and reduces UI clutter • Meticulous and detail-oriented • Strong judgment distinguishing important issues from noise • Produces comprehensive PRDs, tickets, prototypes, and designs with minimal review • Comfortable partnering with design and engineering while independently driving UX when needed • Immediate joiners preferred, but everyone will be considered
