📋 Description

• Define product strategy and roadmaps based on user needs and market trends. • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products. • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and product opportunities. • Prioritize product features and requirements based on stakeholder feedback and business objectives. • Develop and maintain product documentation, including user stories and acceptance criteria. • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to inform future iterations. • Lead product launch efforts, coordinating with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful rollouts. • Facilitate user testing sessions to gather feedback on product concepts and prototypes. • Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding of the product among stakeholders. • Identify and mitigate risks throughout the product lifecycle. • Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement. • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to enhance product offerings. • Mentor and guide junior product team members as needed. • Engage with customers to gather feedback and improve product features. • Support the sales team by providing product knowledge and assisting in customer inquiries.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or related field. • Minimum of 1 month experience as a Product Manager or related role. • Experience working in a technology-driven environment. • Strong understanding of product management processes and methodologies. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively. • Proficiency in project management tools and software. • Experience with user testing and market research techniques. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment. • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
