📋 Description

• Design and execute detailed manual test cases and scenarios • Perform functional, regression, usability, and exploratory testing • Identify, document, and report actionable bugs with reproduction steps and supporting evidence • Collaborate with development and product teams to clarify requirements and verify fixes • Verify bug fixes and new features before release • Maintain test documentation, quality metrics, and reporting dashboards • Assist with prioritizing critical bugs • Support automation efforts through test coverage insights and validation of automated test results • Achieve and sustain 90% critical path test coverage within 21 days • Keep full regression test execution under 10 minutes • Ship weekly without major production bugs

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years experience in manual testing for web, mobile, and API applications • Expertise in exploratory testing to uncover edge cases, usability issues, and unexpected product behavior • Proficient in functional, regression, usability, integration, and API testing • Understand CI/CD fundamentals and comfortable fine-tuning pipeline configurations in YAML • Proven strategies to eliminate flaky tests • Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Ability to document edge cases and think like a curious end user
