📋 Description

• Manage the mortgage loan process from application to closing • Collect and review loan applications and supporting documents • Request outstanding information and documents from clients • Obtain and verify income, assets, credit reports, and other financial information • Conduct credit checks and cross-check disclosed liabilities • Ensure loan applications comply with Australian lending regulations and guidelines • Review Cashdeck/OpenBanking for undisclosed liabilities and cross-check against declared Livex/HEM • Liaise between borrowers, underwriters, mortgage aggregators, lenders, banks, and other stakeholders • Submit loan applications to mortgage aggregators and track their progress • Order valuations and manage the post-approval-to-settlement process • Prepare and submit loan files for approval • Follow up on applications to ensure timely processing and approval • Resolve issues and discrepancies during loan processing • Provide customer service and guide borrowers through the loan process • Complete initial serviceability checks on Quickl for PAYG/simple applications • Conduct pricing requests and product comparisons • Prepare AOL for submission

🎯 Requirements

• Experience processing mortgage loans from application to closing • Ability to collect, review, and verify loan applications and supporting documents • Knowledge of income, assets, credit reports, and disclosed liabilities • Ability to conduct credit checks and comprehensive credit reporting (CCR) • Ability to use Cashdeck/OpenBanking to identify undisclosed liabilities • Knowledge of Australian lending regulations and guidelines • Ability to liaise with borrowers, underwriters, mortgage aggregators, lenders, and banks • Experience ordering valuations and managing post-approval through settlement • Ability to conduct serviceability checks on Quickl • Ability to conduct pricing requests and product comparisons • Ability to prepare AOL for submission • English proficiency test required • Reliable laptop, camera, headphones, internet connection, and backup internet connection • Willingness to comply with BIR self-registration • Ability to work 7AM to 4PM MNL time, Mondays to Fridays • Willingness to work under an independent contractor agreement governed by Singapore Law
