• Assess each borrower’s financial statements and credit data to determine their creditworthiness. • Prepare paperwork for clients actively applying for a mortgage loan and help them pull together all the necessary documents and credit information to submit a complete and viable loan application to lenders. • Review mortgage disclosures to make sure all federal and state lending regulations are followed. • Work with real estate agents to make sure they understand what is required for clients to successfully apply for a mortgage loan. • Maintain current and accurate records for each client throughout the lending process and ensure sensitive information is handled with the utmost care. • Present progress reports and updated financial data to the mortgage team to ensure a successful close.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the mortgage or financial services industry, specifically in credit analysis or underwriting. • Proficiency in mortgage software and financial analysis tools • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis. • Familiarity with credit reporting systems and tools. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess the creditworthiness of borrowers and identify potential risks. • Ability to interpret complex financial statements, credit reports, and other financial data. • Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and clients simultaneously. • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial assessments and documentation. • Equipment is self-provided USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature. • Working Webcam. • Computer with at least 1.5 GHz processor and at least 8GB RAM. • Main Internet Service Speed: at least 50 Mbps cable connection. • Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps. • Dual Monitor.
