📋 Description

• Answer phone calls and solve issues related to software applications • Troubleshoot over phone, chat, or email • Work directly with end users and collaborate with a team of colleagues for support • Participate in an onboarding plan to discover IT and reskill as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Very good knowledge of German • Willingness to take first steps in IT • Can-do-it and problem-solving attitude • Ability to talk to anyone and cooperate with a team • Basic IT skills (Microsoft products, internet, hardware devices etc.) or a technically oriented mind (not essential) • No professional experience required.
