• Implement and configure Zoho CRM and Zoho Books • Customize modules, workflows, blueprints, and automation • Translate business requirements into Zoho solutions • Handle data migration, setup, and system structuring • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements • Manage multiple projects with minimal supervision
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Zoho customization/development experience (STRICT REQUIREMENT) • Total experience: 5–8 years preferred • Strong working knowledge of: Zoho CRM (modules, workflows, blueprints, automation) • Zoho Books (invoicing, tax, reporting, workflows) • Experience handling end-to-end implementations • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Must have your own laptop and stable internet connection • Good to Have (Strong Advantage): • Experience with Deluge scripting • Exposure to Zoho integrations (API, third-party tools) • Experience with Zoho One ecosystem
