📋 Description

• Own marketing campaigns from ideation through execution, distribution, follow-up, and results • Create briefs, copy, landing pages, distribution plans, and campaign follow-up • Transform product, research, executive, and community insights into social, email, new-media, and partner-channel content • Ensure the right content reaches the right audiences • Integrate events, community, content, and commercial follow-up around clear audiences and goals • Run focused growth experiments across paid, organic, sponsorship, partnership, and conversion channels • Use data, AI agents, and automation to improve campaign production, targeting, tracking, and handoffs • Maintain the quality of shipped marketing work • Analyze engagement and commercial outcomes, identify wasted effort, and determine next steps • Report to the Head of Marketing and collaborate with field marketing/events, community, executives, and startup veterans • Establish a reliable campaign rhythm and remove execution bottlenecks

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years across at least two of product, growth, content/brand, and ecosystem marketing • Experience with narrative new media, agentic workflows, cross-channel campaign building, community building, and IRL activations • Experience using next-generation marketing tools while applying core marketing fundamentals • Ability to measure business impact beyond vanity metrics • Experience testing new formats and understanding what performs online • Experience using AI tools and integrating them into team workflows • Systems-thinking ability to combine marketing disciplines into cohesive plans • Creative capability and strong marketing taste • Prior scaling startup experience • Demonstrated ability to personally build campaigns, assets, or systems and show results • Strong writing, visual judgment, and campaign/channel cohesiveness • First-principles judgment based on audience and business goals • Technical resourcefulness; ability to use AI to build, not just generate copy • End-to-end ownership and independent execution • Early-stage B2B, agency, growth, or go-to-market experience is a plus • A demonstrated strength in campaigns, creative, growth, web, marketing operations, or automation is a plus • Experience with technical audiences, AI, healthcare, events, or communities is a plus
