• Experience in high-ticket closing or consultative/complex sales • Confidence in handling demanding clients • Strong closing ability while maintaining high-quality sales conversations • Structured working style and ownership of your performance numbers • High call activity and discipline • Excellent language sense and strong communication skills • Negotiation-level German; English is a plus
