• Own product strategy and roadmap across the full Sureel stack • Conduct customer discovery with labels, publishers, PROs/CMOs, artists, AI companies, DSPs, and other industry participants • Lead customer interviews, market research, competitive research, workflow analysis, prototype testing, and structured feedback gathering • Translate commercial and licensing concepts into scalable product capabilities • Build enterprise-grade products with administration, permissions, roles, bulk workflows, APIs, integrations, auditability, reporting, configurability, security, reliability, and operational scalability • Define core platform infrastructure, configurable functionality, integrations, and bespoke exceptions • Write and own PRDs, user journeys, workflows, success metrics, acceptance criteria, dependencies, and implementation priorities • Work directly with Engineering and AI teams throughout development • Partner with Client Relations on onboarding friction, adoption barriers, partner feedback, and usage expansion • Analyze product usage and partner behavior • Drive products from research and concept definition through development, launch, adoption, iteration, and expansion • Establish product discipline and governance, including roadmap reviews and prioritization frameworks • Define measurable outcomes for product investments • Identify patterns across customer requests and market developments • Ensure product architecture supports emerging industry frameworks and standards for rights, licensing, permissions, attribution, and reporting • Create clarity across leadership, Engineering, AI, Commercial, Client Relations, and Marketing • Help shape the future product organization and identify resource needs • Evolve Sureel from individual capabilities into a coherent enterprise platform
• Experienced product leader who has built enterprise B2B software, platforms, infrastructure, APIs, or technically complex products • Strong product judgment and deeply hands-on approach • Experience owning products from discovery through launch and adoption • Strong customer discovery skills • Ability to translate complex business models, workflows, and customer requirements into scalable product systems • Comfort discussing APIs, data models, integrations, AI systems, infrastructure, and technical trade-offs • Understanding of enterprise product requirements and differences from consumer products • Commercially minded understanding of customer value, adoption, strategic advantage, and business outcomes • Ability to distinguish individual customer problems from platform capabilities • Comfort operating with incomplete information in a fast-changing category • Clear communication across technical, commercial, customer, and executive audiences • Experience in media, music, rights management, licensing, payments, marketplaces, compliance, or creator platforms preferred • Experience with multi-sided platforms or ecosystems preferred • Experience building products for large enterprises with complex organizational structures and workflows preferred • Experience with AI or machine-learning products, APIs, developer infrastructure, or data-intensive platforms preferred • Experience translating contracts, pricing models, or business rules into product capabilities preferred • Experience as an early product hire or product leader building product practices from scratch preferred • Experience working directly with C-level executives preferred • Curiosity about AI, technology, intellectual property, and creative industries
