📋 Description

• Deliver instructor-led and virtual Coupa training in German and English. • Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, quick reference cards, FAQs and e-learning content. • Support onboarding of new employees and refresher training programs. • Conduct needs assessments and identify learning gaps. • Provide post-training support and coaching. • Collaborate with Procurement, IT and Coupa support teams. • Support release readiness and communication for new Coupa functionality. • Track training completion, participation and effectiveness metrics. • Design, deliver, and continuously improve Coupa training programs for end users, procurement teams, approvers, and other stakeholders. • Support adoption of Coupa procurement processes and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Business, Education, Procurement, Supply Chain, Information Systems or related field. • 3+ years of training, learning & development, procurement operations, or Coupa-related experience. • Fluent German and English (written and spoken). • Ability to deliver training sessions and develop documentation in both languages.
