📋 Description

• Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic healthcare accounts across Queensland and other assigned territories • Drive renewal and new business revenue across UpToDate, Lexidrug, and Expert AI • Achieve and exceed annual sales and renewal targets • Manage the full customer lifecycle, including renewals, upsell opportunities, and new business acquisition • Develop and execute strategic account plans • Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and new prospects • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular forecasting updates • Generate new business across public and private healthcare sectors • Lead solution-based sales conversations focused on clinical, operational, and strategic outcomes • Lead complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and procurement processes • Build relationships with clinical leaders, executives, procurement teams, digital health leaders, and key influencers • Maximise customer utilisation and adoption of UpToDate, Lexidrug, and Expert AI • Support implementation, training, and customer engagement initiatives • Identify and address risks affecting renewals or customer satisfaction • Develop relationships with state government health agencies, public hospitals, health networks, and healthcare organisations • Understand government procurement frameworks and tender processes • Monitor market developments, healthcare policy changes, and funding initiatives • Represent Wolters Kluwer at industry events and customer meetings • Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, Product, Clinical Consulting, Leadership, and APAC teams • Share market intelligence and customer feedback to support product development and business strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, Health Informatics, or related discipline • Minimum 5 years of successful B2B sales or account management experience • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets • Experience managing enterprise or strategic accounts • Strong experience working with government, healthcare, or public sector organizations • Key relationships across the C-suite in Australia • Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills • Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability • Ability to undertake approximately 30% domestic travel in Queensland and other assigned territories • Preferred: Experience selling SaaS, healthcare technology, software, clinical decision support, or digital health solutions • Preferred: Experience selling to hospitals, health systems, universities, and government healthcare agencies • Preferred: Familiarity with clinical workflows and healthcare decision-making processes • Preferred: Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce
