📋 Description

• Own and manage the GTM toolstack, including Salesforce, Gong, Clay, Qualified, Zapier, and Y-Meadows • Serve as first-line tooling support for representatives and senior frontline managers • Scope and drive GTM tooling initiatives end to end, defining milestones and delivering business impact • Evaluate new tools and AI-driven workflows and build business cases for worthwhile investments • Create documentation, self-serve resources, and automation to reduce reactive support • Identify manual GTM processes and build automations using Clay, Zapier, and similar tools • Build and maintain Clay tables, enrichment waterfalls, API/webhook connections, and AI-driven columns • Test and maintain workflows as tools and processes evolve • Reduce manual effort across Sales and Customer Success • Partner with the Salesforce Admin to gather requirements, shape specifications, prioritize changes, and improve CRM execution • Own data quality standards, including deduplication, field definitions, and hygiene

🎯 Requirements

• 2 to 4 years in a systems, operations, or GTM tooling role (revenue ops, sales ops, marketing ops, or similar) • Hands-on experience building automations and working across the broader GTM toolstack (Clay, Gong, Zapier, or similar tools) • Experience evaluating or piloting AI tools in real business workflows • Working fluency in Salesforce, including comfort with the data model and reporting • Track record of ramping up on new tools quickly and forming an independent point of view • Proven experience scoping ambiguous cross-functional work and driving it with little oversight • Ability to translate between technical systems and non-technical stakeholders • Genuine enthusiasm for working alongside Sales and Account Growth teams • Clay tables and workflows experience is a plus • Salesforce admin certification is useful but not required
