📋 Description

• Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring an organized start to the relationship aligned with expectations. • Support clients and manage projects throughout all stages, monitoring requests, timelines, and deliverables. • Organize and manage tasks and projects in ClickUp. • Maintain frequent communication with clients, sharing updates and aligning expectations. • Coordinate requests with the internal team to ensure activities progress and commitments are met. • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys, including NPS, and identify opportunities for improvement. • Identify signs of dissatisfaction and take preventive action to reduce churn. • Develop initiatives to strengthen relationships, increase retention, and contribute to the growth of customers’ Lifetime Value (LTV). • Identify process bottlenecks and propose improvements to the customer experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in Customer Success, client relations, or account management. • Proficiency with ClickUp for project organization and tracking. • Ability to manage multiple clients and requests simultaneously. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese. • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to results. • Autonomy to monitor activities, identify issues, and resolve them. • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and coordinate activities between clients and internal professionals. • Preferred: experience in marketing agencies or business advisory firms. • Preferred: knowledge of customer satisfaction metrics, NPS, churn, retention, and LTV. • Preferred: experience with client onboarding processes. • Preferred: familiarity with artificial intelligence tools, especially Claude AI.
