📋 Description

• Convert employee and payroll data from iSolved into Dayforce import templates. • Review raw HRIS exports and transform data into the required Dayforce format. • Validate data mappings and identify missing or inconsistent information. • Collaborate with the client's HR and payroll team to clarify data requirements. • Deliver completed Dayforce templates ready for import and review. • Communicate progress, questions, and potential data issues throughout the engagement.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous hands-on experience with at least one full Dayforce implementation. • Experience working with Dayforce data import templates and HRIS data migration. • Experience converting and mapping employee and payroll data between HR systems. • Strong understanding of HRIS and payroll data structures. • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently. • Strong English communication skills. • Availability to collaborate with a U.S.-based team during Eastern Time business hours when needed.
