• Diseñar, ejecutar y escalar estrategias de crecimiento en el funnel. • Trabajar con producto, marketing y data para identificar oportunidades. • Analizar métricas (AARRR) para detectar palancas de crecimiento. • Colaborar con producto para incorporar loops de crecimiento viral. • Gestionar y optimizar campañas de paid, SEO/SEM, email marketing. • Implementar y mantener el stack de herramientas de growth. • Reportar resultados de experimentos y comunicar impacto.
• 3+ años en roles de growth, marketing digital o producto. • Experiencia diseñando y analizando experimentos A/B. • Dominio de herramientas de analytics (GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude o similar). • Capacidad de trabajar con SQL o herramientas de BI de forma autónoma. • Mindset data-driven con orientación clara a resultados.
