📋 Description

• Set up and configure client accounts across listings, reputation, reservation, ordering, website, and CRM platforms, tailoring each environment to the restaurant’s needs. • Collect, organize, and structure raw business information from restaurant owners and managers, including descriptions, menus, hours, photos, and operational details. • Use spreadsheets, forms, and AI tools to clean, standardize, and prepare data for publishing across multiple platforms. • Connect tools through APIs and no-code automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, or n8n, creating integrated workflows between fragmented systems. • Support the development of dashboards and reporting systems by connecting platform data into BI tools. • Write SOPs and documentation, and train restaurant staff on how to use the tools clearly and effectively. • Evaluate new hospitality platforms as they emerge and maintain disciplined credential and access management across client accounts.

🎯 Requirements

• Professional-level English, both written and spoken, to communicate with US-based clients and train staff. • Demonstrated experience implementing and configuring SaaS platforms for a business in any industry. • Hands-on experience connecting tools through no-code automation and/or direct API work. • Strong data organization skills, including spreadsheets, naming conventions, structured data, and source-of-truth thinking. • Understanding of how businesses are discovered online, including Google Business Profile, reviews, listings, and maps. • Self-management skills and comfort working in an ambiguous startup environment with shifting priorities. • Availability with substantial overlap with US business hours, especially Eastern Time. • Nice to Have • Experience in restaurants, hotels, or e-commerce, especially front-of-house experience or Google Business Profile management. • Experience in onboarding, implementation, or customer success at a SaaS company. • Fluency with AI tools, automation, and scrapers. • Experience with BI and dashboard tools such as Looker Studio, Domo, or Power BI. • A gaming background, which the founders value as a signal of fast system learning and comfort with complex interfaces.
